How to Kick a Porn Habit

Here is an outline or "program" for anyone who wants to approach their reading here in a more systematic way. 

Don't try to cram to much of this into your brain at once! 

Space out your intake and  apply the principles in between doses of reading. You may want to really work this process over the next six to twelve months.
